Results from this past weekend tournaments

Both SYC Warrior teams were in action this past weekend.

SYC Warriors Chandler had a good outing despite the rain shorten Amy Burdette Memorial Tournament in Hagerstown MD. SYC Warriors Chandler placed 4th with a record 2-2. They were in the second game of bracket play when the rain started. After the umpires suspended the game due to field conditions and waiting another 45 minutes, the tournament was canceled. SYC Warriors Chandler will try to improve on their success at the Red State Championships in Chambersburg on June 23rd and 24th.

SYC Warriors Staub ran into some great competition at the Queen of Diamonds tournament in Central MD. They went 1-3 on the weekend and finished 9th out of 12 teams. SYC Warriors Staub will try to overcoming this past weekend their next outing in the Gray Blue Summer Shootout in Central MD June 30th and July 1st.
